can i say no to everything? i would want it if it was better and a higher rarity for collections sake but really, not a good card.

1. is he worth it
Not really. Most level 1 monsters are relatively weak, so them attacking directly is meaningless unless you equip like hell to boost attack.
2. how would you use him in a duel if you would
Equip level 1's with Mage Power and Royal Decree
3. how many of him irl would you want ( 1000 for me)
1-2, and if I had the deck for it. Which I don't.
4. would you want to see him pulled when buying a pack
meh. Tradable to people who like it.

beyond usual SSing and whatnot, not really, and in terms of using it...
