A question that has been bugging me for some time would have to be, Are infernity decks meta or are they just really good?

Any ideas?

They are only meta in the OCG at the moment. I expect them to shine next format though, since pretty much every card in the deck will either not get hit by the forbidden list, or not get hit AGAIN on the forbidden list.

hopefully they wont get hit but i hear that hieratic decks have become meta (thats what i read on yugioh wikia)

Hieratics aren't meta until Gustaph Max comes out.
Even then, so many things stop them, that it's sad about how many people complain.

Infernity isn't meta. Current TCG meta is Wind-Up, Zektor, Chaos Drags, Hero (meh), Sams, Rabbit, etc.

Dark World died off not too long ago, it topped a tourney & was just long forgotten past that. Kinda surprising, but Rabbit, Wind-ups, Inzektors have remained a popular meta for a long time by comparison, and Chaos Dragons recently popped up and is proving itself to be quite the annoying archtype.

well chaos dragons are the newest way to abuse lightsworns sense twilight. so its only natural that it would get spammed due to the popularity of those cards. from what ive seen alot of people who were playing dragons before the structure deck came out still play the same stuff because of dislike for what that did to the type.
