Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon 1 Rank 3 or lower WATER Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck. This card cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect.
Requirement isn't bad especially for it's decent stats. Effect isn't too shabby either. You wouldn't be getting the effects of the XYZ monster because of no materials but you'll have a 2000ATK beater with Leviathan. I really like it but I'm probably biased because I love Water monsters to begin with.
