this card gets a power up bonus by lvl ( like fortune ladies)
but it doesnt stop there
everytime it defeats something it devours its lvl and gives it to himself
and this card is sooooo greedy he wont stop at lvl 12
he can hit even higher results making this card quite a power player when used right
so what does everyone think about this card?

powerful, but inefficient.

Now if you bring something like Royal Decree + Spell stopping, then you have a problem. Problem being, to create this S/T lock, you have to develop the deck around it. Otherwise, this card is just as sackable as 95% of all big beaters in this game.

the rulings of this card and ancient dragon ( havent seen anyone get it past or near lvl 12 )

says they do bypass the limit
its on yugioh wikia they already said it does bypass
and i have tested it on recent ds games ( greed quasar tested)
and it got past lvl 12 on MANY ocations
look up wikia before posting a ruling cause you might get

Never seen it before but it seems there's no way of summoning him besides a tribute so you might be wasting your time trying to get it out. It'll probably be gone before it can reach that level.

jimi sy restored it phoenix even mentioned it in a post once so yeah

also i said destruction negaters are key to keeping it out
imperial custom is a good pick along with a few stardusts

royal decree and trap stun

yeah any trap stunning and destruction is basicly what i meant

this is easy to summon with
( one discard card)
and monster reborn to revive it

i can dd crow your reborn target soooo,thats out

besides the fact almost nobody runs dd crow anymore so
...
