but this is a good reason why ancient gears could come back

and with the right hand they can easily otk

sample hand of otk
1 ancient gear golem
2 ancient gears ( any archtype member)
1 power bond
and 1 limiter removal


now for those who dont know
whenever most of the ancient gears strike they lock all enemy spells and traps from being activated
thus mirror/magic cyl cant backlash your
hits

so what do ya people think of my build


also dont say that it needs gear town cause i personally dislike that card and rather use the otk version

You seriously need to get away from OTK builds.

When you bank on one strategy to win the entire game, then when it get's stopped, you lose. Also, this isn't OTK galore format. It's actually slower than the last one. With a ton of traps. Your monsters can't be hurt by s/t during the battle phase? well gosh, I guess I'll have to stop them in the MAIN phase. Yah know, THE main phase of the entire game where most of our strategies, set ups, and eliminations occur.

and btw, if you're Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem's summon is interrupted and you fail to win that turn, you lose most likely because you used power bond, and you can't use it again unless you know you can guarantee-OTK them.

Another thing, in OTK builds, you need more elimination. 3 MST at the least. Your monsters are never going to hit the board, and if they do game 1, game 2 your opponent will side all their summoning hate and you'll hit hard.

Geartown is literally one of the most broken field spell cards ever made, and you don't want to run it in an Ancient Gear deck? It allows you to make tributing Ancient Gear monsters a one-for-one rather than a -1, and when it gets hit, you go +1 big *** monster. You're crazy for not running it.

and another than I'm sure EVERYONE will point out.... Monster Reborn....Dark Hole....Heavy Storm....

Lilgirl same thing with niko this format isnt otk heavy the way that deck is I can run over it and toy with it for a while lol

Reborn AND Dark hole make good additions too
