I think you're off to a start but if you notice signatures, they only have one focal. A focal is a render/character in the signature. You basically got a bunch of them and pasted them together. If you're serious about pursuing gfx, you need to sit down and read tutorials and study PSD's.

tbh, they dont look like something you made, you basically re-sized the image and just added some text.

This looks like it was made in paint .___.

paints not all that bad. my avi was made in paint. along with several sigs ive had. stopped using them because they got deleted... but they werent bad lol.

I make all of mine in GIMP, I just need more access to things for GIMP, but i dont know where to get them all.

whats GIMP? never heard of that program.

u need to make the focal point more focal, when i first looked at it i didnt even notice the megaman dude in the corner.

so make him bigger is that what you mean

not bigger, draw more attention to him i guess. because hes lost in the picture. u should have the one focal point, then have everything else add to ced focal point and enhance it.

You need to make your render a lot bigger. It's cooped up in a corner. Also, the c4d you chose probably isn't too bad but everything needs to be balanced out. Because you made it smaller in the corner, the whole left side is pretty empty. & the backgroud's color doesn't match well with the render or the c4d.

Look at my Dark Phoenix sig. The render is mostly redish and yellow/orange. Therefore I went on a search for a background that kind of matched with her. It also helped that the c4d I used had highlights of yellow and orange.

Lightsource: Your signature has no source of light. In my sig, the light is coming from behind her head.

Look at some of these tutorials. Just skim over them and you'll notice they're probably composed of the same, general ideas. Obviously you won't be doing super advanced stuff right now but this should cover the basics.

Gimp is very good for sigs unless you wantto use paint or photoshop

Yeah,you need to look at tutorials,Looks like all you've learned is to open new layers and add text. Try to mess around with buttons in GIMP so you discover new things,I had to help myself along with a few tuts and C4ds

Can I ask how you made those boreders O.O I could never make the curved borders in GIMP,and you did use GIMP to make this right?

ur almost there on the new sig dude. but IMO the colors are off. it doesnt seem like ur guy belongs in the world hes in and stands out too much.

idk what it is with megaman...i just like doing stufff with it.....can get a hint on the glowing text
