i don't get the part that, Warning can negate Gorz special summon, but Judgement can't negate Gorz special summon, how it so? I think the first few word of both card state the same that

"when a monster would be summoned"

what differ Judge and Warning?

Judgment cannot negate the summon of Gorz nor it's effect; Warning cannot negate the summon of Gorz but can negate the effect of Gorz to summon the token. It works the same with Laggia and Trag.
