So I am trying to make a banner, and I was only able to find one good picture of the subject. It was relatively small, and when I made it signature size, it had all of this noise and grain. I was wondering if anyone here is like a professional in photo touch-ups or something and could give me a little help on de-noising and de-graining.
What is the best anti noise and grain technique you guys know of?
