What do you guys think about this one? This is a sig I made for the gfx competition. Took a while especially since there are no renders of him. I know I've been doing a lot of dark pieces but I made an exception for this one and kept it colorful because Toon monsters are full of personality c:

What Dex said. Text probably seems like the easiest part of a signature but it's actually one of the hardest. It could make or break the work that you did. Believe me, I attempted text on it but nothing looked right. It's better to just leave it out.

That's to be expected since that is my first signature of that particular style.

Not bad, but it's a very basic smudge. The Colors are awesome, but it's a bit too simple.

I likez them, they look awesome, I tried sig-making for a while, but since I'm not paying for/downloading online Photoshop, nor am I careful enough to hold a mouse still as my hands are inclined to move, I ragequitted and left sigmaking for the pros.

Yours is alot better than mine. xD

(GFX Competition #2 Entry)

This is honestly one of the coolest card arts. Not too easy to work with however. I tried darkening her right side a bit because she stands out in a dark atmosphere. So many possibilities with this render being that it's space-themed. I like the background I gave it but I'm not too pleased with the c4d's. I couldn't find any that matched well enough. I'm thinking of re-doing it once I discover new effects. My collection is really small and not that great. I still think I did considerably well with what I have though

nice keep it up i just don't like the white dots of the right side don't know if is texture again but i suggest not using that again

It's a fractal, I think. It only looks that way because it's sharpened. Jimi, if you want to make a better depth you can do more blurs. Just don't over do it.

It's not sharpened. It's a fractal on screen mode. I don't think it's all that noticeable and I put it there so the background wasn't so smooth. Also, I did add a Gaussian Blur to the background to bring her forward. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's not noticeable?
