Hello and Welcome to TWA, we are pleased to announce our new Grand Opening Toonament.

I'll explain the Rules of this Toonament

1. No OTK/FTK, Instant win, Mill, Stall or burn decks allowed.

2. The following decks are also banned Rabbits
Inzektors
Wind-ups
Dark World
Six Samurai
Hero Stun
Chaos Dragons

3. Each duel is best 2 out of 3

4. OCG and TCG are both allowed.

5. Anybody who doesn't finish their match will be Disqualified and banned from TWA's next tournament.

Prizes:
1st Place 5000 TC, Award Bar and Dorm Upgrade. If you are Shining Blue you will be added to the new Pegasus Elite dorm.

2nd Place 2500 TC and an award bar and a dorm upgrade

3rd Place 1000 TC and a dorm upgrade
