I noticed something about the Heroes in Tag Force 4/5. They're perfect for level 8 synchros if you build it around using the lvl 4 light Heroes& a nifty little cards called "Lightwave Tuning"


That with one of the following:





And any level 4 monster (most likely HERO, otherwise any level 4 monster)
Makes ANY level 8 Synchro.

On top of that, with there being plenty of level 4 Xyz's, makes this a legitimate deck focus.
Not a strong one since the deck has the possibility of not drawing into tuning/getting 2+ level 4's out, but it's feasible imo. I tried the build once, didn't work out so well, but I believe it's feasible.
Opinions?

This idea sounds fun and it would be hilarious to see an opponents reaction when you whip out the Lightwave Tuning, haha.
It this meta though, I can't see this kind of deck or focus in a deck that would work consistently, IMO.
It still sounds like a fun/funny idea.
*imagines if Elemental Hero Synchros were made*

Xyz heroes are more than doable. They're meta I think.

I was basically saying on top of the Synchroing, the Xyzing can make the deck more consistant.
but yeah, I built my Tag Force 4 deck around this concept, thing works like a dream on there, but doesn't work anywhere else e_o

But overall, I personally lol'd at the idea of pulling this deck off on DN. I just haven't really pushed myself to attempt it.

Something like this? It play tests quite well so far, though I d believe it can be improved on. I'm not quite sure about Prisma and Sparkman at the moment, but whatever.

This are would make Heros inconsistent as the only Level 4 Light generally run is Alius, and people only run 2 of him anyway.

I see three as the common number, I've actually rarely seen somebody only run two.

It depends what kind of HERO variant you run.
I only run 2 because it gives me dead hands =\

I've never seen it less than three, I've only seen 3 or 0, and 0 is with the Avian variant.

Don't know much about Ehero's but maybe you could spam ehero shining?

That's why HERO is still existing today. Imagine- HERO's without alius? 0.o

I never bonded with Heroes being that I left when the GX era started. But from the duels I've watched, they're an archetype that can easily turn the game around. They seem fun and I might wanna give them a try.

i would love to see the look on peoples faces when they see a new way to instant special summon with heroes XD

HEROes without Alius would be like Inzektors without their fancy equip spell. (Name escapes me atm.)

Alius is a great asset, being with 1900 ATK and a LIGHT monster for Shining, Level 4 for a decently large amount of Xyz's (namely Blade Armor Ninja), and, as I mentioned a long while back, a Lightwave Tuning tuning target.
He isn't essential to the archtype's success for a good portion of the decks, but he's a bad*** and can work some really nice circumstances to your advantage.
