Basically, the title says it all. You have to rate the above user's signature, from a scale of 1/10 and provide a reason.

Eg.
8/10 because your signature is too bright and messy.

8/10 i love the overall feel of the orange and how it meshes with the hieratic dragon but the OZ text seemed a bit bland in my eyes :/
