That's better than the other ones!
However the colors are still pretty messed up. Don't use the blending mode you're using.

try to blend in the character to the background. the words too.
example something like the joker sig you did. very nice blend.
to me, too much is going on with the different bright colours.
make it like it has a 'theme'.
overall good job!!

Blue, Light Blue, Black and red. Plus the colors don't fit with the render at all.
