Sorry, you must specify which dorm you applying to as the testing system is different for each one.

Teacher idea is stupid.
If a completely new member decides he wants a specific person to test him can you really not see that as unbiased? New members also wouldn't be aware of who are the available teachers unless they were informed outside of the academy, in which case they may have had previous relations with the teacher and that may affect how seriously both sides take it.

This is something to be posted in Staff section for one thing,
secondly they're asking him to post which dorm he/she is applying for.
That's not too much to ask.

Though I do agree with your point, I don't see the relevance at this particular moment in time.
