Exodia decks are generally inconsistent and can easily be stopped.

Fifty percent of the time Exodia will fail to pull off the OTK due to either a Laggia, got Loop'd, or just bad luck.

despite it's lack of use, it's the Spell Version of Call of the Haunted on steroids for Lavals.

lol call of the haunted is at 3. i think u missed a format lawl. and as for rekindling... i dunno. its a solid card. very good in lavals. i enjoy playing it with flamvels. do i think it warrants a hit? no. it makes no effect on the meta and i dont see it unless another deck get hit really hard so lavals can become top tier. which i also dont see happening.

For Wind-ups I just hope that Hunter and Zenmaighty get hit. Zenmaighty to 1 and ban Hunter maybe? The deck will still be able to function on its own but without the hand rape factor.

but the point remains, it's a weaker version of the card and has "recently" been @2. >_>
