the only downside to OOParts is that they're easily stopped and easily crushed.

They're too dependent on Xyzing imo, and can't stand by themselves in a bad circumstance.

Like how I can use a Stratos and Neos Alius to try to Xyz into Heroic Champion Excal. If Excal isn't really necessary, Stratos and Alius can stand on their own two feet (each) and hold their ground for a majority of the time.

I miss those days... The beginning of Synchros imo was the prime days of Yugioh where the game shined its best.

OOParts are retarded... So are most of the new archetypes. Like Inzektors... Why bug people with guns??? Hieratics? Those dragons look retarded next to Blue-eyes and Red-eyes, or really any of the other strong dragons. Madolche? Sugary treat people?! Why?!! and Atlanteans are possibly the most unoriginal archetype I've seen in a while... Don't get me started on Tonka toy-I mean Geargia. Prophecies are the only new ones I like because it seems like they actually tried with them.

Anyways, back on topic, OOParts I doubt could ever be top tier unless they got more support, so I doubt they'll be seeing much play this format at least.

MegaCapitalG thinks X-sabers have a chance at being a competitive deck again since the wind-up hand loop is unavailable now. Anyone agree or see the video? He has decent reasoning as to why, but I don't think it's enough to make them viable.
