Okay, the card isn't "great", but it's nice to showcase it anyways.

Effect:-

If you control a face-up "Gagaga" monster, except "Gagaga Kid", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When you do: You can target 1 face-up "Gagaga" monster you control; this card's Level becomes the Level of that monster. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

I quite like it, even though it is somewhat limiting. For example, you can use it when the opponent summons their boss monster. Summon magician, then kid, go for Number 61: volcasaurus or Number 6: Chronomaly atlantis. :@yep:

Easy XYZing :P And ofc you cant conduct your BP, that would be too broken :P

This would be good in a chaos xyz deck

Meh. It's ok. I don't run cards like these because they're too situational :P.

Idk there are many ways to get a gagaga guy out, making kid's, eff work

This + clerk would actually be great for gagaga

He seems legit, except the fact he takes out bp, but like if u and ur opp are down to like 2-3 cards in hand/field total then he's ok to defend with xD

It wouldn't be broken... it would make the archetype slightly better.

dont exactly like Gagaga cards but i prefer to use ones like magician but this might do well in some chronomaly builds
