ss rocket arrow which is a free 5000 beater but nothing else can be played with it and ya cant attack the turn ya summon him
now tribute it for great maju gazzet ( wikia confirmed that this indead works you can tribute rocket arrow for tribute summons )

gazzet's effect will allow it to gain twice the atk of the monster used for its summon
also with all those other effects ( note ya still cant strike this turn cause of rocket)
out of the way your free to play spells and traps and other monsters ( note tribute counts still work under rocket arrow but it must tribute rocket)

slap big bang or fairy meteor and attack with 10000, 10400 in case of big bang WITH PIERCE

That's a nice combo.
