the deck is all about going for the rocket gazzet then next turn attacking for a huge hit ( pierce cards in for defensive enemies and the tornado like cards are to destroy back rows

looks like a good concept. and i like the piercing damage. (garys fav effect) but why cup of ace? i know its a draw card but is it really okay for u to potentially give ur opponent a free pot of greed basically?

yes it is cause your running the discard 2 both draw 2 both as well
if your enemy has 1 or no cards in hand then this little card lets ya sometimes give them 2 so they will be forced to draw the 2 they drew ( in case of empty hand ) or 1 old and 1 new
this can make the enemy go awww come on i just got those ( if they were exo pieces its just a sweet bonus by tossing a game winner away for them)

how while rocket arrow is out nothing else but tribute summons using rocket arrow are allowed and by nothing else it means spells traps and non tribute monsters and any other type of summon
