So helping you're opponent makes this card even worse, like has been said.

How do you know it will help the opponent? Like I said, yes they get a monster but it might not help them at all. It might mean trouble for them.

as it is the monster helps them since all we can do with a enemy duston is swing at it for damage
or they make use and xyz/sync/fuse?/ritual/tribute summon something with it
as it is its a little hard to use and swinging at it for big damage is basicly its point right now
hopefully new support comes soon

im going to use an extreme example here. but helping the opponent even tho there are negative effects for them is bad. case in point, lava golem. how many times have u seen lava golem kill the person who played it? ive seen it alot, and ive done it alot. so it is never a good idea to give anything to ur opponent, negative effects or not. its just not a very viable strategy. doesnt have to be OP but its not even really viable for a rogue deck. fun deck at the most.

Lava Golem is still baws for any stall deck though ^-^

like i said, extreme example. but its still a solid example of the argument against the usefulness of this newer card.
