I was taking a quick peek at the latest OCG set, Judgement of the Light, and I found the sets poster child :

I really like this card, its design is a sharp contrast from its last 2 evolutions. Its effect is awesome, and a game breaker in its own right. Almost tempts me to use the R.U.Magic cards... :@yep:

Utopia decks will definitely get a kick out of it, but I don't know if it'll be a top-tier favorite.
3 level 5's aren't exactly easy to spam for most decks.

Dem Fire Kings/Haze things/whatever the hell DN wants to call them might make use of it once or twice. It sounds like a nifty way to get over indestructibles and whatnot. (Zenmaines being a prime example)

This card is awesome, but I'll have to disagree with E-hero duelist. Before the newest archetypes, summoning level 5's was impossible but now...It's practically a piece of cake. Though, he does have a point with the fact that this card will quickly kick up Utopia decks.

I mean with certain decks it's not that difficult; but not the majority for sure.

Generally, you don't need 3 level 5 monsters, just Utopia and a R.U.Magic card. Besides,you cant activate the honest effect without ranking up Utopia, and that's the effect that everyone wants

Meh another lame card made just for the Anime.
There are way better Xyz monsters that require 2 Level 5 monsters.

If it has the same summoning ability like the first ray I would run it
