Must be Special Summoned with “Mask Change” and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways.
(1) Cannot be destroyed by battle.
(2) Your opponent can only attack with 1 monster during each Battle Phase.
(3) When this card destroys an opponent’s monster in battle and sends it to the Graveyard: (you can) draw 1 card.
Masked HERO Koga
LIGHT/Warrior
Level 8
Fusion/Effect
ATK 2500/DEF 1800
Must be Special Summoned with “Mask Change” and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways.
(1)This card gains (X00) ATK for each monster the opponent controls.
(2) Once per turn, during either player’s: You can banish 1 “HERO” monster in your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; until the end of this turn, that monster loses ATK equal to the ATK of the monster banished to activate this effect.


My Comments:
 I personally dislike KOGA as his effect,as he really does nothing great.Not worth playing.
 Kamikaze is awesome,Stratos is at 1 in the OCG so yeah,he can work good there.
 Mask Change is a good card,really it can like turn the game around.Won't play it more than 2 as it might clogg a lottttt.

I can see HERO decks doing well again in OCG

Use Shadow Mist in place of Stratos for decks that use Bubbleman.

You can then use Neos Alius and both Mask and Forme Change. That allows for access to any Masked HERO, which is pretty cool. Miracle Fusion might also help the deck. I'll have to experiment.

Also, Mask Change Second will help other decks out by giving them access to Masked HEROs.
