Here you can suggest a tournamnet idea which you think is good..but keep the following points into consideration.
1- Check TWA previous tournaments...We may have hosted it before.
2- Check ideas suggested before.
3- Make it reasonable please and don't just throw an idea based on banning decks.

Got the idea from them, it's a really fun dueling game though.

But some people can't do YGOPro cuz it doesn't download. So for those who wanna join and can't, it'll suck. As far as the idea, me like. :3

Devpro, use Devpro, file size is a bit bigger than Ygopro, but the download is perfect, also, everyone here that uses Pro, uses Devpro.

When I was using Devpro, it was all buggy and kept crashing/not starting up.

In any case, we're not likely to start a tournament mandating that every player involved uses a certain system (DN or (Dev/YGO)Pro) because an individual can have difficulties with a particular system (although it's hard to have difficulties with DN), and as long as both players agree on it, another system can/would/will be used.
(Not saying it's a bad idea to use a certain system as a main system instead of the only system, I'm just saying it's redundant to base an entire tournament around a system that certain players may/may not have to use depending on the circumstances. If you guys really want to do it, it's your call.)

The dual-team system could prove to be a fun tournament. We (admins) will discuss it and see if we can't put that tourney together sometime in the near/far future.

another advantage: you're being asked to save a replay file, watchable by YGOPRO, so you can just upload it and the tournaments host/s can take a look at it to confirm.

i, personally would love to participate in a rent-a-deck toonament where every entrie's equally strong premade (by admins) deck is choosen at random via the forum's dice game or something like that.

but I had contemplated something of that nature a long time ago, but I never brought the idea to fruition.
I'll also discuss that with the admins sometime, and when we get things organized during the summer I'll push to get that idea rolling if there's more than you that wants to do it.

I'd also like to note that since activity is (hopefully) likely to be higher since summer is practically here, we're much more likely to host more events.

the following is more likely wishful thinking, but couldn't we mix together our strive for more forum activity with a nice toonament?

an open DN/YGOPRO tournament, hosted by TWA as a nice little advertisement to get new members.

but i guess this forum doesn't got the resource for such a tournament, or am i wrong?
might such a tournement be even possible in the (not so near) future?

it sure would need alot preparations for that, like getting DN and/or YGOPRO users or YGO fans who haven't yet played online to actually join...
