The title explains most of it. Basically, first, you look at the person who commented last, and rate their favourite card. so, basically, first comes the rate itself (out of 10) then the reasons why, (please don't actually criticize the actual duel skill of the player just because they picked a card you don't like, treat others the way you want to be treated.) then you post your favourite card to finish your post. The cycle goes on and on. Here's an example.

Soitsu

Well, it's got 0 attack and 0 defense, and it's a normal monster. The only potential I personally see in this card is through the "itsu" unions, and, what else? Heart of the underdog? Honestly, it isn't even worth a birthright.

Love that card. Its hard to get over and it's effect gives you options. Banish or the attacking twice is amazing.

A good card, very helpful for the Stellar decks and is fairly versatile in what it can Xyz into.
Can be trap-raped, but most cards can be. You do need other monsters for it though, but when used in synch with it's other cards, it's not a problem.

It's good for preventing high-level monsters from being special summoned. (JD, BLS, Monster Reborn for any LV 5 or higher...) Also very useful in Evilswarms as you can get an Infestation spell card from your deck (Infestation Pandemic Infection, pretty useful).
