number 88 is here and he is pretty fierce
he needs 3 lvl 8s ( hieratic or even using tanhuaser gate? or something to clear the way)

you can detach a ovu while you control no backrow to place 1 destiny counter on himself
but you cant attack this turn

when he has 3 destiny counters he immediately wins you the duel

also he is a 3200 beatstick with 2300 def

so thoughts?

Meh.
There is to much backrow monster hate and Soul Takwr for this to be "broken", but it'll be fun to make it in Gimmick Puppets (aka the Archetype they are advertising when making this card). I'm hoping Gimmick Puppets will be in the aet after Abyss Rising.

they are just trying to bring the destiny heros back cuz ppl have been complaining about them this card is not that specular or anything.

yeah but wouldnt it be cool if u made a deck of destiny heros that could easily summon destiny leo? it would be like the uber destiny deck of doom dude.

dont destiny monsters have a way to put destiny counters ( to lazy to look it up on dn) on cards or did they have clock counters?

Those are indeed called Clock Counters.
I don't (or hope) Konami wouldn't be stupid enough to make a way to give this more counters.
