Effect as DS:
Once a turn, you can negate the normal/tribute summon of an opponent's monster by tributing a Thunder-Type monster from your side of the Field.
If the tributed monster's level is not equal or higher than the summoned monster, you must pay 500 Life Points x the amount of levels that the summoned and the tributed monsters differ, and still negate the summon.
