Seems very interesting, with some potential in some decks, mostly chaos dragons. Anyone wanna discuss?

Its not OP. There are ways to work around it.
It only negates faceup monster effects so we can kill it with backrow or facedown monsters like rkyo, snowman eater, etc.

O.K, so it wont work in chaos dragons as I originally thought it would(I thought lightpulsar dragon was a lv 8 :ohsnap: ) but it can fit in Hieratics, galaxy/photon decks, to name a few. And I agree, the card is good and it has amazing potential, but I don't believe its OP for one reason: it dosent negate or destroy the card effect that activates during the BP, making it prone to fall victim to a few common cards(*cough*cough*mirror force* cough :isee: ). But I guess thats what makes it sorta balanced in my view.

You're right, I just want to add on that with the meta, aka dark world, they don't even need the field, then there are cards like dark hole, mirror force, etc so yeah I am not really seeing how this is an "overpowered" card.

For Dexter, if you're talking about Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon then there is a perfect explanation for its name. :@yep: Its number comes from the 7 extra numbers outside the 100 number line. Its the strongest so its no. 107. As for its name, its simply another form of Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon(whom is another form of Blue Eyes White Dragon, which is another story), but Tachyons are hypothetical particles that is supposedly one of the few things faster than light, so its fitting that its called a Tachyon dragon. :hitler: :fuckyea: :0o0o0:
