Buy permission to open your own deck shop.
GFX Shop Item 2000 TC
Buy permission to open your own GFX shop.
Host your own Toonament 3500 TC
Permission to host your own Toonament with your own rules! Staff will choose the prizes unless you're willing to give something away.
