Destiny Draw!

Hello guys! Since it's been getting a little boring here, I've decided to host a new tournament with some special rules. Though meta and some tier 1.5 decks will be banned from the tournament, as well as some other decks. This tournament is for fun. "Destiny Draw!" is a 12 slot tournament, so hurry up and sign up! I'll list the rules and explain them below.

Destiny Draw! Rules:
There is a new system implemented in this tournament. It's called "Destiny Draw!". It's basically a way to get the card you need whenever you're low on LP and losing. To use destiny draw, you must do the following: while you have 3000 or less Life points, and your opponent has 4000 or more, instead of your normal Draw Phase, you can add 1 card from your deck to your hand. It can be a Monster, Spell or Trap card. Destiny Draw! can only be used once per duel. This makes up for crazy comebacks, so I think it will be fun.

Banlist:
- No Exodia, Burn, Stall, FTK, Wind-Up, Dino-Rabbit, Inzektors, Dark World, Hieratic OTK, Six Samurai, Chaos Dragons.
- No Deck Changing Allowed
- Single Elimination

Prizes:
1st place: 2000 TC, a dorm upgrade and an Userbar.
2nd Place: 1500 TC and an Userbar.
3rd Place: 1000 TC.
