First topic message reminder :

Hey everyone, This is the event we have all been waiting for. The Toon World Academy Regional tournament!

Anyone can join and there's a 24 person limit so hurry and join fast . This will be a swiss tournament meaning that everyone will get a partner, then they will duel their partner 4 times in 4 rounds. Then the top 7 people will be awarded.

Prizes:

RULES
1.Make sure you duel the partner assigned to you.
2.Do Not Cheat.
3.TCG only (no burn, mill, stall, FTK or Exodia decks)
