if you wanted to create an circle image with transparent background in photoshop, then how do you add a tiny border to that image (like the images under the widget "quick links".)

oh stroke. Well i was using photoshop elements with evidently kinda sucks with this kind of stuff, but now that i have photoshop cs6 its all easy so please lock
