It's rather uncomfortable to look at. Maybe the text should be a bit noticable, Also that layering affect ur trying to do with his right hand looks a little funny. Try making the render a bit more solid and less confusing. It looks like he's being cut up by the render. Like i'd understand a bit too make it look nice but then i saw the left hand.

Yellow isn't always bad, but that sickly green-yellow is. I could probably give better input if you got rid of that sickly yellow color. It makes it kinda hard to focus on the content of an already unfocused signature.
